Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your order. We are happy to help you with this process.

Cancellation within 6 Hours or Before Shipment

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped,
whichever comes first. To cancel your order, please contact us at

Cancellations After 6 Hours or Shipment

We are unable to accept cancellations after 6 hours of placing your order or after it
has been shipped. This is because we have already begun processing your order or
may have already shipped it.

If your order fail to meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us at mail@vaanatea.com.

Replacement Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within
4 days of delivery. Please attach pictures of the damaged or incorrect product to your
request. We will review your request within 48 hours and send you a replacement
product upon approval.

Missing Items

If you are missing items from your order, you can request a replacement within 4
days of delivery. Please attach a copy of your order confirmation to your request. We
will review your request within 48 hours and send you the missing items if your
request is approved.

Expired Product

If you receive an expired product, you can request a replacement within 4 days of delivery. Please attach pictures of the expired product to your request. We will review your request within 48 hours and send you a replacement product if your request is approved.

Do Not Accept Parcel if the Seal is Tampered
To Request a Replacement

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Pictures of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)
  • A copy of your order confirmation (if applicable)

We will review your request within 48 hours and send you a replacement product if your request is approved.

Refund Policy

If your order is cancelled for an acceptable cause or in any unforeseen
circumstance, we will process your refund within 3-7 working days. The refund will
be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that
bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we do not accept returns for
any reason. However, in case of a verified quality concern, we will gladly provide you
with a fresh pack of tea.
